Winter Whites & Red Hot Shoes...

I laughed so heard when I came across this picture. I love this throw back photo of my mother, she was about the same age as me in this photograph. They say the apple doesn't fall far from the tree and boy is it the truth. We are more like our parents than we care to admit to at times.

I've had her old photograph for years, all ripped and tattered until I had a friend of mine do her best to restore it so I could preserve it before it fell apart. I'm so jealous of her fro, all hip and stylish and what not!

She has always been so stylish and I would defiantly say that I took that much from her. My mother has always been an impeccable dresser for as long as I could remember.

Now about the outfit, I purchased these pants around Christmas from Banana Republic. I had it in mind to wear them for New Years Eve but that never happened so I've been waiting for a perfect pair of shoes to come along. Well just like that my fab Target finds work like magic!! Cheers ;-))
